Drs. Anderson and Lohner have the combined training of a hospital residency, implant dentistry, wisdom tooth extraction, gum surgery, sedation and advanced surgical techniques of cosmetic dentistry. We have the skills, facilities and experience to perform any necessary surgical procedures.
Periodontal Surgery
The main cause of periodontal (gum) disease is bacteria in the form of a sticky, colorless plaque that constantly forms on your teeth; however, many other factors can cause periodontal disease or influence its progression. Surgery may be necessary if Dr. Anderson or Dr. Lohner determine that the tissue around your teeth is unhealthy and cannot be repaired with non-surgical treatment.
