Morgan Swenson — Office Manager

Morgan has loved being the office manager for Lexington Heights Dental. She started in the dental world as a hygiene assistant and, after a couple of months, worked her way to the front office. She absolutely loves what she does! Morgan feels satisfaction in knowing that she has helped our patients fully understand their dental insurance, and she loves helping patients maximize their benefits. Morgan graduated from Utah Valley University with an associate degree in communications. Morgan and her husband have a huge passion for baseball and have made it a goal to see every major league park in the country. She loves to spend time with family and does all she can to live life to the fullest!


Shari Caffaro — Front Desk

Shari worked for Lexington Heights Dental for 10 years before leaving to serve an LDS mission with her husband in Guatemala for three years. Both she and her husband were born and raised in New York and then met at BYU. They have now been married for 35 years and have four children and 14 grandchildren. Shari has a love for all things adventure. She enjoys traveling, reading, decorating, and spending her days off with her children and grandchildren.


Louisa Matheny — Marketing Manager

Louisa was born in Mesa, Arizona, and grew up in Lindon, Utah. She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School in 2014 and moved to Rexburg, Idaho, right after to attend BYU-Idaho. She graduated with her associate degree in general studies and moved back to Utah to pursue her bachelor’s degree in business marketing. She is currently finishing school online while she works for Lexington Heights Dental as our marketing manager. She absolutely loves working here and is passionate about finding new ways to make our patients feel extra comfortable and cared for while they are in our office. She loves to shop, bake, run, play tennis, and hang out with her friends and family.


Niccole Phelps — Hygienist

Niccole was raised in Cedar Hills, Utah. She graduated from American Fork High School and shortly after came to work at Lexington Heights Dental. She was a dental assistant for three years before she decided to attend dental hygiene school. She graduated dental hygiene school at Fortis College in Salt Lake. Niccole loves helping people feel confident with their smiles, and she also enjoys educating her patients on their oral health. Niccole is married to her high school sweetheart, Trevor. Together, they have two children.



Brandi Fotheringham — Hygienist

Brandi was born in Provo, Utah, and raised in St. George. She later attended Brigham Young University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology. After graduating from Brigham Young University, Brandi went on to get her dental hygiene degree at Salt Lake Community College. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is the people. She loves the friendships she has made over the years with our patients and is looking forward to continuously meeting and educating more patients in the future. Brandi and her husband have four children together and have loved raising a family in Utah.



Abby Ellis — Hygiene Coordinator

Abby loves working as a hygiene coordinator here at Lexington Heights Dental. Abby graduated from Mountainland Applied Technology College in 2015 in expanded functions dental assisting and also has an associate degree in science from BYU-Hawaii. She has worked in different positions of dentistry, including orthodontics, general dentistry, sedation dentistry and hygiene. She has enjoyed all aspects of the field. However, her favorite part of her job is being able to help people with their overall health. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, swimming, surfing and spending time with her husband, Danny. The two of them were married in May of 2018, and they are excited to live a life together full of adventure and joy.



Katie Holbrook — Treatment Coordinator

Katie grew up in Alpine, Utah, and still lives there with the love of her life, Max. On November 18, 2011, they were married in the Salt Lake City temple. Katie received her associate degree in university studies at Utah Valley University and went to the Utah Dental Assisting School to become a dental assistant. She has been working at Lexington Heights Dental since October 2012 and absolutely loves it! Katie really enjoys working for her dad and with the other employees. She loves getting to know the patients and really tries to make them feel like they are part of the dental family. Katie loves the outdoors and living close to the mountains. She really enjoys running, boating, being with her friends and family, baking, cooking, and playing soccer with her husband.


Kelli Chamberlain — Treatment Coordinator

Kelli has worked here at Lexington Heights Dental since November 2014. Kelli loves what she does! She loves to make patients feel comfortable. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is watching patients become confident with their smile. She was born and raised in Orem, Utah, and graduated from Timpanogos High School in 2010. Shortly after high school, she graduated from Practical Dental Assisting of Utah as a dental assistant. She met her husband, Hunter, on a blind date, and it was love at first sight. They were married in April 2011. They now have two beautiful daughters, Braelin and Kenlie. In her free time, Kelli enjoys being in the outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, wakeboarding, reading, baking and spending time with her family.


Kelly Martinez — Treatment Coordinator

Kelly was born in American Fork and raised in Lehi. She graduated from Lehi High School. Kelly became a dental assistant through Utah Dental Assisting School, and she has been with Lexington Heights Dental since September 2014. Kelly enjoys interacting with patients and getting to meet new people. She was married in November of 2014. In her free time, Kelly loves hiking, cooking, baking and going to car shows with her husband, Luis.
